Do you possess 2133mhz RAM? The earlier Ryzen models were quite affected by this, which could significantly reduce performance.
It seems the suggested power isn't sufficient for your CPU and components. I'd recommend going with 550 watts instead, or 700-750 watts if you need more capacity.

Can we? Double the settings and send it to OP to verify the next reply. The old board uses Gen 3 PCIe and the 4060 is quite sensitive to reduced data rates. I don’t think Valorant is demanding enough for that, remembering Last of Us had a noticeable drop in FPS from 4.0 to 3.0.
In some cases I performed above average, while in others I fell short. I also experimented with running RDR2 at high settings using DLSS, achieving around 60 FPS.
