It seems the difference isn't noticeable. I didn't use the card with Venc, so it shouldn't matter. My processor is an i5-3570k, which actually has a less powerful graphics core compared to Haswell. No worries at all.

Several users experienced significant stuttering, though some noted issues with one monitor connected to the GPU and another to the iGPU.

No connections are made to the built-in GPU. All my displays link directly to the GPU. The sole purpose of my integrated GPU is quicksync encoding.

He streams on Twitch and I assisted with enabling quicksync. He receives about 30 consistent views, and no one has reported any issues.
