I don't believe I've performed a BIOS update since assembling it (will do now). CL speed is 18, XMP isn't enabled, just turned on and had to reset CMOS. Didn't consider this when thinking about the game's updates. Thanks again for your feedback.

Bf2042 relies more on the CPU rather than the GPU, which is why the 5070 Ti behaves similarly to the 3070. Other titles will display the d/f difference.

Resolved now, glad you brought up XMP, explored that rabbit hole, verified my RAM clock speed and found it was 2133 instead of 3600.
Now XMP is enabled and operating at 3600 MHZ. The GPU is working at 97-99% CPU usage, producing more frames than my monitor can handle.

It makes sense. Without XMP enabled, your RAM speed is limited and your CPU struggles, creating the illusion of a CPU bottleneck when it's actually a RAM issue.
