It might seem like a flaw, but based on my recent use of Windows 10, it’s simply a limitation of the Microsoft lineup overall.

They often mention this across all versions of Windows. Even without scientific evidence, the count of problems seems similar for Windows 7, 8, and 10. When everything runs smoothly, most folks don’t start discussions about how their setup performs well.

It's accurate. I believe people are paying more attention now than before, mainly due to the move toward Windows as a service and increased data gathering. Windows 10 represents a significant change.
