Could you perform that task without a serial key or any physical documentation? I believe the issue arose because Windows reset after my login pin was corrupted, forcing a simpler reset built into the system. I’ve reset Windows before without problems, but I reached out four times via email and Discord without getting a reply. Since I’m currently disabled due to expenses I had to save for years, I’m considering contacting them publicly to pressure a response. Also, after getting the PC, it overheated, programs vanished, and lock issues appeared—another $190 spent. They didn’t respond even when I mentioned it was in day one. I have all the screenshots, emails, and receipts; we’ll see what happens next.
