It only failed once and its temperature fluctuated between 60c and 90c

I could attempt to cancel and check if they manage to catch it before time runs out. If not, returns are straightforward and the case is still a week away.
I chose the HYTE Y60 because it fits the 360mm radiator, though I might switch to liquid cooling later and use both radiator spots or route everything outside the case.

I haven’t decided on fans yet, but I’m planning to push performance to its limit. Any recommendations?

Well, if I'm being truthful, given that you're using one of the most powerful CPUs available, it seems you've chosen the wrong setup. That configuration only allows for 120mm fans, which means you won't circulate as much air as you would with 140mm fans. Trying to compensate will result in a noisier experience because those 120mm units have to work harder to move the same volume of air that a 140mm fan can at a lower speed.

However, it's not the final outcome—you can still achieve significantly better airflow than your current HAF-XB. While the HAF-XB was a solid choice for its era, I think it's a bit outdated for this kind of build.

I recommend considering these options if you prioritize performance over aesthetics. RGB features become less important in this scenario. You can opt for high-performance fans or choose models with RGB. You won't find fans that combine both top performance and RGB on the same level. If you're okay with a compromise, there are some decent RGB models available, but you'll have to accept a reduction in performance and increased noise.

But if those seem too expensive for your budget—considering your PSU and case choices—I'd suggest the Arctic budget fans. They don't match in quality, but they're a solid value for the price. They also offer a white variant that complements your case. Noctua plans to release white models later this year, though their timeline has been delayed multiple times.

@Darkbreeze
Thanks once more for all the input. I truly value every bit of assistance!
Unfortunately, I might be partially bling now that this case is quite large. My wife and I sold a merchandising company we developed and moved into a skoolie while constructing our shop and house. With limited space, going bigger than the HAF-XB means it has to be a showpiece so it looks impressive in its location.
That said, those Noctuas aren't bad-looking.
Edit:
According to the Amazon details, the side and bottom positions support 140mm fans.
I'm starting to question if my AIO pump failed completely. I realized today that the program you suggested, HWiNFO64, had a resettable min/max trigger. I didn't need to monitor it continuously to log temperatures, so I began testing different applications. Not only am I reaching over 100°C on occasion (102°C), but it's also spiking rapidly under load. I checked the temperatures when I first set up the machine, and I was getting excessively hot—though nothing like this before. After a spike, even opening Photoshop can push me over 100°C.
