I understand your point. Using eight or more cores is possible, though the pricing didn't reflect that. It's not saying it's unavailable, just that it might be more expensive. They still produce quad-core processors, so six should work for a while. I'm not a content creator, so YouTube is mainly for fun. I don't stream unless it's enjoyable for both of us. If I disrupt your experience, you shouldn't expect me to keep up the performance.

It's true. A small improvement in speed is often overshadowed by the buzz from YouTubers. It seems like some claims about CPUs being "way better" or "completely useless" aren't based on solid facts. Right now, both Intel and AMD appear quite similar, so picking the right one really depends on what you're using it for. There are situations where one option might edge out the other beyond just speed.

I believe we've strayed from the main subject for a while. However, each CPU serves a distinct purpose for different users.

Honestly, there is like 2-3 guys I watch for tech stuff on youtube. Its purely entertainment for me. 1 guy I find educational, because I have been out of the loop a little for a few years while I was breeding offspring. And I like him, so that helps. Honestly man, you cant go wrong with either choice. They both have their shit together sorta. I know a lot of guys rag on Intel, but lets be real here. If I gave you a hammer and sent you off into the woods, how long until you can send me an email? Guys are acting like they can just fab this shit up while eating cornflakes and skimming PH. Intel was good to me, no complaints. AMD is good to me too, a little boring.. good ram helps.

That's the main idea. The YouTuber just promotes it heavily, and once it gets a lot of recommendations, people trust it. Having six cores is sufficient for gaming right now. For the future, consider something better tailored to your needs. We're off-topic here.
