I notice the Asus mentions. It's unusual to find it on an MSI board. I think you might not have used an Asus motherboard before and just transferred the installation. It appears to be APPM, which handles power management and is included in the chipset driver set. Do you have the most recent BIOS for the board? The chipset drivers should align with the BIOS.

I haven't used the system yet... since I'm sick and going to the hospital, I'll install it when I get home today. 🤒
Edit: I tried yesterday with this link

but it said this version can't run on a PC.
