I also notice this during certain scenes. My game speed falls to about 35 to 40 frames per second.

Disable all NVIDIA-related configurations and the issue disappears. Performance improves significantly under stress, returning to 110fps at 1080p. Adjusting a few settings resolved the problem.

This game is really lagging, barely hitting 5 FPS. It looks terrible compared to Metro, which performs much smoother—usually around 45-55 FPS at high settings. Plus, the ACU works significantly better on my PC.
