That's the explanation from the video guide, and I've also attempted it. Sadly, it didn't work.
I've tested two brand new USB sticks, both acting just like my preferred one. The red bios flash LED pulses twice when you press the flash button, then stays on red permanently. The only workaround I can think of is disconnecting the M2 SSD so nothing else is connected, as described in the manual. However, this will be time-consuming because the screw head is broken and stuck.
I eliminated the screw and took out the SSD, but the issue remains unchanged. It seems the mainboard might be faulty.
