Sure, if I enable auto and adjust the speed, it will crash and show me a recovery prompt asking to go to bio.

Same as your setup. It's been a while since I was here (except for adjusting raid settings), so please give it a chance. Open BIOS and navigate to the advanced section. Locate the DRAM timing or similar option you saw on your screen. In the SPD page, check the listed values against the DRAM timing details. Use arrow keys to switch between pages. Note: XMP RAM timings aren't always applied—sometimes I encountered this issue with my own RAM, so if the numbers don't match in SPD, just enter the missing values and try booting up.

I checked the advanced section but didn’t see any info on Ram. I believe the images you shared might be what you were looking for. Sorry if that wasn’t clear—thanks for your help! Hopefully we can resolve this together. It’s really frustrating.

The settings are at 18-22-22-42, I manually configured them on 3600mhz but it keeps taking me to the Boot menu and back to Bio. I've tried xmp1, xmp2 Auto and manual, nothing works. Also, I did a fresh BIOS install, but that didn't help either.
