It seems everything appears correctly configured. The RAM speed should be around 3400Mhz and the voltage is correct. It’s still not booting, so you might want to try a higher voltage like 1.4V to check if that resolves the issue. Adjusting the voltage shouldn’t be necessary unless it matches XMP specifications.
No problem, it won't start. It will emit two beeps and enter safe mode, bringing me back to BIOS. The RAM frequency is currently at 3400MHz.
Why confront it? The motherboard or the RAM is faulty. I’m using an older computer that I’m familiar with to check RAM. If it doesn’t work on the new board, I go back to the store. My i9 10900k setup originally had 3200 RAM but only managed 3000 manually. After returning the board, the replacement came in at 4000 RAM without any problems. Just like GPUs and CPUs, some boards have defective silicon on them—remove them as soon as possible since they could worsen over time.

They focus on score rather than pace. CPU-Z or HWiNFO64 display RAM speed and timings, which often appear reduced. A 3600Mhz RAM is really around 3600 MT/s (Mega-Transfers), but the clock runs at 1800Mhz. DDR4 operates in Double Data Rate mode, handling two operations per cycle, making it effectively match 3600Mhz. Keep this in mind since most tools interpret the actual clockspeed; for example, 3200 RAM might show 1600Mhz, 3400 at 1700MHz, and 3600 at 1800MHz.
It looks like it's operating at 3400MHz. I promise, each PC upgrade I've had there usually causes problems. I'm starting to think I won't be able to fix it.
It maintains accurate timing even at 3600Mhz if no other changes are made. Booting remains blocked under those conditions.
