I believe it wouldn’t have been useful because I recognized it wasn’t malware—it was just a Windows glitch. I managed to remove it by switching to my Ubuntu dual boot and reaching for the Windows C drive from there. Thanks a lot!
It's great to hear the problem is resolved. For a dual-boot setup, removing this kind of file or folder should be the optimal choice.
I also considered removing it from WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux), but I didn’t try. A forum member replied that the name was invalid and Windows couldn’t process it. They suggested the command: del "\\?\c:\users\Juanm\desktop\s36c.". I’ll keep it here in case it helps someone else, though I haven’t tested it—just thought it might be useful. He got upset when I asked about it on the forum and claimed he’d already fixed it with Ubuntu. Thanks for not wasting my time!
