Hello! You experienced an electricity outage while working on Premiere CS6. After restarting the PC, Premiere prompted you to uninstall and reinstall it due to error 16. Currently, everything seems fine, but in the export folder—your Desktop—I have a file named s36c that I can't delete or move. It doesn’t appear in the file manager, yet it’s still visible on my Desktop.

I'm not familiar with these matters, but perhaps updating your desktop might help. Click right-click on the desktop and choose the refresh option. I have no certainty it will succeed, but it's a straightforward step to try.

Completed. The issue persists with the same message about the file not being found.

Consider removing the file using the "Wise force deleter" tool. Then, perform a thorough scan of your computer with a reliable antivirus or anti-malware program such as Zemana, HirmanPro, or Malwarebytes.

1) I attempted renaming and removing it.
2) I tried deleting it from the command prompt—run cmd as admin, use your desktop path, type del s36c.
3) If that didn’t work, consider using this link: https://filehippo.com/download_unlocker/ to force delete.

Sure, I've also tried that, but it didn't work since the file isn't actually there—just shows up on the desktop without a reason. I'll give it another shot and let you know what happens. I was talking to Microsoft's chat support; they couldn't find a fix, tried different commands and methods, but the file remains. Plus, Windows doesn't seem to pick a size for it either.

Unlocker failed again, displayed an error message, attempted a deletion during a system restart, but the issue persisted after rebooting the computer.
