I recently assembled my initial personal computer and installed Windows 10 using a USB drive. I can browse the internet and play games offline (Age of Empires II, Payday 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Overwatch) but I cannot connect to any online servers. This issue persists with both Steam games and Uplay (Rainbow Six Siege). I have attempted to disable Avast antivirus software and temporarily turn off Windows Firewall/ZoneAlarm, but this has not resolved the problem. I have also executed multiple virus scans, and the system reports being clean. My connection is established via a LAN cable, maintaining speeds of 50-100mb/s. Could you suggest additional troubleshooting steps beyond a complete system reset?
What connection issues are reported when trying to connect to servers?
