It appears your CD isn't bootable by default. Simply burning the ISO into a CD sometimes wasn't sufficient. You might have needed to adjust certain options in software like Nero beforehand. For a USB version, Rufus can generate a bootable file with minimal changes. WinToBootic is another option that can assist with this process.
