The image indicates the system is ready, yet it fails to start. You should investigate the boot process and check for any errors or issues.

There are problems starting the installation. The HDD or SSD you're attempting to use might be faulty.

The setup process takes a short time; after connecting the new HDD, it confirmed boot readiness but didn’t proceed further.

It appears the disc is attempting to boot but failing, then switching back to your HDD which lacks a boot sector. This creates a looping issue. The problem likely stems from a damaged disc—whether original or burned. You might want to test it on another computer.

The installation process starts immediately upon reading that the setup should begin. Did you correctly prepare the CD as a bootable drive if you created it yourself?

I ran it on another computer 10 minutes ago. The HDD inside was equipped with a system, allowing it to boot from there since it worked previously.

You can consider writing the ISO to a USB drive using Rufus. Sometimes manual creation of bootable drives causes problems, especially with different tools on various Linux distributions, so trying this method might help.

I attempted to use USB, but it didn’t function properly. When I tried, it didn’t create a bootable image. Using Rufus could potentially help.

Usually, bootable USBs cause problems, but they’ve always functioned well with Rufus. After learning about it, I stopped using other methods. Suggest trying it.
