I might attribute the issue to DHL for the initial delivery (AC Unity) since they handled it and sent it back, but the subsequent shipment (FC4) was never collected.

Suddenly .. DHL brought AC Unity today. It's clear, Ubisoft sent the game through DHL with missing documents. They resubmitted the package without informing anyone about the new tracking number. I didn't realize it was on its way until I saw it. Hopefully FC4 will do the same.

This feature to void a Unity pre-order is essentially a blessing from the universe, depending on your beliefs. Claim your refund if possible.

It seems the issue lies with DHL rather than UBI.

Haha, really enjoyed the "Whatever God(s)" section. It was too late to change my mind, and I wasn’t really aiming to cancel—it was more about getting some good customer service.

I agree with your perspective on natural selection. This method is well-received.
