From my observations, Core Temp often gives poor readings for AMD processors. Consider using HWMonitor or HWiNFO for more reliable data on AMD systems: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html and http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php. RealTemp also works reasonably well on AMD CPUs, though I've found the first two tools more consistent. Good luck!
Based on your testing, it looks like Aida64's reading and speedfans data seem more reliable compared to CAM and HWMonitor, which both show unusually high values. The temperature sensor appears to be functioning well, as the exhaust fans cool the air noticeably even when you touch them. The CPU temperature doesn't match what the sensors report. Arctics claims about low temperatures appear accurate according to the listing details. Thank you for sharing your findings!
