My issue started with low FPS causing microstutter during gameplay. Once it stabilized back to normal, the problem disappeared. My average FPS is acceptable, but occasional drops to 1% or 0.1% make the experience feel unstable. I’m trying to lower the FPS as much as possible. This seems related to performance optimization. I play War Thunder, CSGO, and Ubisoft Games (R6S). The problem appears only after launching the game for a while, with CPU at 100% and GPU at 50%. It’s not consistent across all games, so I might have missed setting up monitoring.
It seems unclear how to resolve the issue, but if your display supports both G-Sync and Freesync, ensure those settings are enabled so it won’t be noticeable.
Improving the CPU performance looks promising based on YouTube reviews. I’m not sure if benchmarks fully reflect my experience. It seems like the issue might be tied to my hardware, making it hard to pinpoint whether the problem is with the stutter or frame rate.
I don't feel confident about the overclock attempt. Is 3200 Cl16 suitable for you now, especially after moving to 3600/3600X with a focus on single core performance and multi-core? With 2600 + 2060 and 2666 MHz RAM (8x2).
It might be due to a lack of understanding. It’s quite straightforward to grasp, just tweak the RAM voltage and frequency slightly. There are many YouTube tutorials available.
Yeah, I would do what Fasauceome said. Try to overclock your memory or infinity fabric. (I believe Linus made a video about that).
