This problem has persisted for an extended period, and I’ve exhausted numerous troubleshooting steps including reinstalling my RAM, CPU, and GPU, as well as modifying configurations within the NVIDIA Control Panel. Despite these efforts, I consistently experience reduced frame rates and frequent stuttering during gameplay. You can view my user benchmark results here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/14764613. Please advise if there are any further solutions I could explore, thank you!

It’s great to observe that the processor is now achieving its expected performance metrics.

Regarding the hard drive issue, several factors may be responsible, contingent upon its age and the amount of data recorded since acquisition – this could indicate wear and tear nearing completion of its read/write lifespan, leading to decreased speed.

Concerning the graphics card, are you connected to the highest PCIe slot?

Furthermore, what power supply unit do you possess? Please specify the make and model; this information may reveal a potential power constraint affecting the GPU’s operation.

Your computer is operating normally. If there isn’t an issue related to its temperature control, the problem likely lies with Windows or Intel discontinuing support for older hardware in favor of newer game compatibility.

Intel isn’t planning to discontinue older processor generations. The 6800K is based on the Broadwell-E architecture, utilizing the X99 chipset and debuting in Q2 of 2016. It's far too recent for Intel to be phasing it out. Considering that numerous users still enjoy playing current games with 3rd and 4th generation Intel processors, I find it highly improbable. However, a problematic Windows installation is certainly plausible. Perhaps there’s a hardware limitation present. Could you specify the make and model of your power supply?

Despite my efforts to reinstall Windows, the problem persists. My current power supply unit is a 850W EVGA model, available at https://www.evga.com/products/product.as...g2-0850-xr.

How do scores on alternate assessments differ? It would be unwise to rely solely on a single benchmark like UserBenchmark.

Performance testing using Realbench, Cinebench R15, and CPU-Z. For graphics cards, 3DMark and Superposition are commonly utilized. AIDA64 is also sometimes employed for comparative analysis. Numerous other tools likely exist. Are stuttering and frame rate fluctuations the sole problems you've encountered?

After conducting the RealBench benchmark, here’s what I observed:

Typically, I just see a slight overall decrease in performance with occasional frame rate dips and choppy moments – that's usually the extent of it. The rest of the system appears to be operating correctly.

Alright, could you explain the purpose of that software or virtual desktop adapter? I’m uncertain about my ranking within the realbench results. I'd need to check if I still possess a screenshot from that particular iteration.
