Your hard drive is notably sluggish, and if you store your games there, this could explain the stuttering. Furthermore, your memory speed is limited; revert your memory settings to their defaults in the BIOS and test again.

Optimize your Seagate hard drive.
Activate XMP settings for your RAM to achieve a speed of 3200MHz.
Update the BIOS firmware.
Install the newest drivers from your motherboard’s support website.
Carefully verify that all cables are securely connected in their correct locations, ensuring they are completely inserted and not loosely attached – including every single one.

I previously utilized an application which enabled me to broadcast my computer’s screen to a mobile phone or another gadget. However, I have since removed it from my device as I no longer find it useful.

I completed each of those actions sequentially recently. I’ve now executed the test and these are the findings:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/14796684
The in-game experience, nonetheless, remains largely unchanged.

What insights do 3DMark scores reveal? How do these results stack up against comparable hardware? Furthermore, have you utilized third-party applications to monitor GPU performance during gameplay, specifically tracking metrics like usage, temperature, and clock speeds over time for comparative analysis? I've personally employed GPU-Z for this purpose, though alternative software is available.

It’s encouraging to observe that the CPU is now achieving its expected performance metrics.

The HDD issue might stem from several factors, contingent upon its age or the volume of data written to it since acquisition; this could indicate wear and tear nearing completion of its read/write lifespan, resulting in decreased speed.

Regarding the GPU, are you connected to the highest PCIe slot?

Furthermore, what power supply unit do you utilize? Please specify the make and model – this may reveal a potential power restriction impacting the GPU’s operation.

Oh wow thank you so much! I just realized my GPU was plugged into the 2nd PCIe slot and once I fixed that my performance is all back to normal now! Thank you for the help
