Hello Everyone,
I am a Senior 3D Artist seeking a workstation or gaming laptop tailored for 3D work.
My software requirements include Maya, Zbrush, and I use it mostly for 3D modeling & animation with minimal gaming use.
I’m based in India and have a budget of INR 1.5 lakh (approximately USD 2k), allowing some flexibility.
Preferred specifications: screen around 15 inches, RAM at least 16GB but preferably 32GB, GPU with RTX (minimum 6GB but ideally 8GB).
Any reputable brand would suffice; I’m open to suggestions.
I’ve been using a Dell 7537 with 16GB RAM since 2015.
Appreciate any recommendations for long-term use.
Feel free to suggest alternatives, including Dell, Asus, MacBook, and online purchases.

Based on your requirements, any search engine will show what you're seeking. It might seem unnecessary to suggest something particular, but this way you can confirm it isn't accessible in your area. Just give it a try.

The Asus ProArt StudioBooks featuring a rotary dial could be a consideration worth exploring.

Thank you for the suggestion! To determine the better CPU choice for your needs, it would help to know whether you prefer AMD or Intel.
