You currently use Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, performing a complete scan weekly. Each antivirus has its weaknesses, unless you engage in risky behavior such as browsing suspicious websites and clicking ads, in which case additional protection may be necessary.

Microsoft Security Essentials is top choice! Used it for several years, no issues so far. Very lightweight too!
