95 OSR2 is acceptable, 98SE is also decent though others have mentioned you’ll run out of HDD space. I really enjoyed MSDOS and WFW3.11, but you won’t discover any programs for it. Check out this abandoned software site with a wide range of old OSes and apps: https://winworldpc.com/library

Based on your feedback, you might choose Windows 98. If the DVD drive works for installation, your XP copies won’t be recognized as boot media, which is frustrating since you have Windows 10 available for installation.
