It's interesting that I returned my mainboard to Mindfactory, only to find out later that they sent it to Gigabyte and I now have to wait another month.
You're starting with a Ryzen 7 1800X, your very first Ryzen processor purchase.
In theory, X470 and B450 weren't meant to work smoothly with Ryzen 1xxx CPUs; AMD mentioned this during the release of the 3xxx series. A more reliable option might be to look for a board using a 3xx-series chipset, at least temporarily or until you upgrade to a better CPU.
