It won't be a major issue as long as those four cores remain strong (meaning 4 cores with 4 threads). Some might be two cores with multiple threads.

celeron and pentium cpus offer 2 cores and 2 threads. i3 provides 2 cores with 4 threads, while bf4 supports 8 threads and performs efficiently without requiring maximum power. i3 should handle 1080p and ultimate detail smoothly even with all settings active.

I believe you're referring to the i5 3570 (K) model. Yes, you won't experience a drop in FPS when playing BF4.
