On the 11400F, CPU usage equals Task Manager utilization. Task Manager shows 50% utilization for 0.6 CPU usage, which reduces to 30% when multiplied by 0.6. The game you're playing wasn't designed to utilize a 6-core processor; adding more cores won't help. Lowering the resolution lessens the GPU's workload. This game isn't leveraging your GPU's full potential. Consider trying different titles. Have you fully cleared previous drivers? Some users use DDU to remove them. https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis...nload.html You may need to reinstall games to optimize performance. Did the FPS improve after switching GPUs?

all cores perform a bit better than when the game wasn’t running. I had less powerful hardware before, and upgrading didn’t bring the expected speed boost. none of the parts are using themselves fully. It feels like I’m wasting money with no real gain. After reinstalling the driver, I still see no change in frame rate. It’s strange to get similar results with older, weaker machines.

It seems your system is nearing its memory limit based on the screenshots. Performance may suffer due to low RAM availability. Rust performs better in lighter environments—without mods and fewer external files.

I ignored Huys' warning about CPU upgrades not helping, but it actually did. It improved performance—fewer frame drops, more frames. Not a big change, but it stopped being bothersome.
