Try running games on low settings. A budget GPU can make a big difference, even with an older i-pentium.

Running an FPS without a GPU would be challenging. A GPU generates 3D visuals, so you're probably limited to older games from the late '90s or early 2000s. CS 1.6 is suggested, but I'm unsure if it will perform well. Your machine barely handles Chrome or gaming tasks.

Played CS:GO in 720p with low quality, and League of Legends (commonly called "League of Assholes")

It's not about the Intel HD's 3D capabilities, but rather its overall performance. A more affordable discrete GPU would significantly improve the experience. A GT 720 or R7 card would make a big difference. If the CPU were a second generation i-series, the integrated graphics would be much better (like the Intel HD 2000/3000 offering a substantial upgrade).

Those titles remain solid choices and should perform well. Shadow Warrior is available for free on Steam. Achieving around 60 FPS would likely let you enjoy more recent titles.

It's disheartening how games these days are judged mainly on their visuals rather than gameplay. I haven't found a strong modern title that really excites me. I still enjoy playing "MX vs. ATV: Unleashed" and RocketLeague, and I think they'll work well. Give them a try!

The frame rate is too low to function properly.
