I think CPU-Z chooses the overall multi-core speed, whereas HWMonitor displays each core's performance during testing.

Check the RAM frequency using CPU-Z, compare the listed speed with the module’s recommended rate. See if your RAM supports 2666MHz or only 1866MHz as indicated.

This result seems normal for the processor you're using. When testing at full speed, only one core typically exceeds 3GHz.

Prime95 appears to work well overall, though performance varies across cores. The turbo boost seems effective in some areas but not uniformly.

Turbo boost operates as described. Core #4 and Core #6 received the full 3.4Ghz boost (3.397 ≈ 3.4). The BLCK typically runs between 99.6-99.7, not exactly 100, which slightly affects speed. It's likely they boosted different cores at different times—maybe the CPU selected a few cores for boost. You saw one core hit 3.2, another reached 3.1, and the rest around 2.8. This is completely normal.

I also tested Real Bench for an hour. The images show frequency after 15 uses and the first image after completion. This looks typical—I mean the CPU activates turbo boosts naturally, right? Why aren’t all cores reaching 3.4GHz?

You changed the encoding from 1080p to 720p using FF, and it seems the performance improved significantly—only 2798MHz was needed instead of the usual 3.4GHz. What’s the reason behind this adjustment?
