Sorry slightly confused, by BIOS update are you referring to the first post you made or should I be performing a BIOS flashback? I'll try those first as soon as I get a chance.

Yes, the Bios flashback feature is detailed on pages 55 and 56 of the mobile operating system manual.

So the seller who gave me the motherboard says they performed a BIOS update and a pin check before shipping, is this different from a BIOS flashback? I’ll review the manual in a few hours and try another one, possibly to see if it needs another or was done wrong.

I think I've completed the BIOS flashback properly and tried to start up. Currently, both the CPU and DRAM remain solid red.

What BIOS version was updated? Did you adhere to every guidance from the motherboard support page or user manual? Did the USB cease blinking after the flashing process?

I made the latest update, but noticed it didn’t work correctly. The USB port didn’t flash properly—only the green Mobo light stayed on, which is now solid green, indicating an error. I tried again, but there was no blinking USB light.

Some USB's lack a light, so it will be the one on the motherboard. Did you format the USB to FAT32 and adhere to this instruction?

Yes, I did it for the second install, and formatted it to FAT32. The second time around, I used the bios file labeled as a .rom file, changed its name to creative.rom. I'm not sure what you meant by secure location, but it was on my home laptop. On the second attempt, I didn't see a green solid light; it vanished, so I unplugged and tried again. It took about 5 minutes, and there was no change in CPU or DRAM lights.

Do you have both RAM modules installed or are you using just one? Also, is your monitor displaying a completely black screen without any UEFI options?
