Definitely something amiss, I score low 6000s on Valley iirc. Looking at benchmarks your score sits between a 760 and 960. Something nerfing your system somewhere.

Identify the bottleneck clearly. Launch Task Manager, go to the Performance tab, then open the Resource Monitor. Run the game for about 10 minutes and capture the performance graph on the right side. Expand the window for a clearer view. Share the graph image.
