Those cutscenes look surprisingly polished for 2015. Blizzard has been improving them since Warcraft. Why do other developers stick to obvious issues? I’m not sure if I’m the only one noticing the stuttering during scenes.

Absolutely, it's a well-crafted experience for its scale.

I agree, there’s nothing to grumble about and far fewer cut scenes. By the time I reached 60 hours in the game, I hadn’t faced any issues beyond the usual horse collisions with rocks.

It feels almost unnecessary to end a game this way.

This business truly values gameplay above all else, setting itself apart by concentrating solely on this aspect.

If you're referring to the 30 fps cut scenes, adjusting them to 60 is straightforward. Open Documents\The Witcher 3\user.settings and look for "MovieFramerate," then update the value from 30 to 60 and save.

It hasn't stood out to me as a typical issue. Are you wondering if it's widespread?

I don’t care about frame rates for cut scenes. They keep stuttering. I assumed it was just a file issue, but it’s actually the video quality that’s causing the problem. I thought the game was solid and polished, but I can’t grasp why they skipped those parts. Running the game at high to ultra settings with smooth 1080p still leaves the cut scenes lagging. It doesn’t make sense. I checked online—others have the same issue. It’s not a major oversight; it just affects the story and distracts from the experience. The developers have likely dealt with this before.

You might want to rephrase that as a more cinematic term, such as "cinematic cut." It could refer to the opening sequence or the pre-rendered elements in most games.

Seems like a silly excuse to ruin a generally enjoyable experience.
