I purchased it on Steam for $1.70 just a week ago. The Witcher 2 was also available for around $4.

Are you operating at full performance at 1080p? Indoors I achieve over 190 FPS, outdoors it's around 50 FPS. You're using a R9 290 Vapor-X, and the FX-8350 handles games with just one core. I also have a second monitor tracking my system load. Other titles run smoothly—BF4 at full settings hits 120 FPS.
