I recently purchased a Kingston 16GB (2 x 8GB) HyperX Fury with DDR4 3200MHz, CL16, and 1.35V from a Finnish seller, aiming for improved performance after my previous RAM reached around 2133MHz. My system runs an MSI B450 Tomahawk motherboard with the latest BIOS. Unfortunately, I haven’t managed to achieve any overclocking results using the Ryzen Dram calculator or A-XMP tools.

Another person mentioned needing to lower the BIOS settings and then restore it afterward because their system was behaving erratically. It seems similar steps might be required for your setup. Checking the BIOS configuration and ensuring stability could help resolve the issue.

When the RAM is active, you need to turn off power-down settings and disable gear-down features in BIOS. Power-down reduces memory voltage, and disabling gear-down lets you use non-standard memory timing options.
