Currently everything is functioning properly with auto XMP enabled, but altering any settings isn’t effective and I’m forced to reset the CMOS if I didn’t have the BIOS protection in place.

Memory failure restarts three times plus one extra in safe mode. You probably don’t need to reset CMOS unless the system freezes severely. The procedure may take a few minutes. Meanwhile, could you capture a screenshot of the CPU-Z memory tab? I’m interested in how the board reports memory usage and what configuration it chose—we’ll consider overclocking from there.

Jedec #8 is running smoothly at 1.20v. Adjust tRas to 36 and tRc to 74 via the timing page settings. Manually configure 17-17-17-17 on the BIOS interface. Raise Ram voltage to 1.35v, avoid overclocking initially. Save these changes, press F10, and restart. Confirm in Windows afterward.

I believe this is where the inconsistencies in memory timings appear. Make sure to enable Gear down mode and disable power-down mode. (You're welcome) Please confirm setting it at 16-16-16 with the current speed. That's our main objective. Ryzen generally dislikes irregular memory timings, which puts us at a disadvantage here.

We're on the correct path. Now, adjust the 17s to 16s without making any other changes. Open Windows and check if we've gained some success and improved performance.

Confirmed, the system is set to auto. Power will be turned off and a manual memory voltage of 1.35v will be applied.
