Agreed. It'll be fun to watch AI progress by then. I don't remember the last time we played with real bots in multiplayer (Titanfall isn't the case, they're supposed to be simple). Probably you didn't enjoy Hardline, or maybe Mass Effect.

It'll be intriguing to observe their handling of the AI. However, you took a direct hit there. I can't tolerate Hardline; it seems the worst sequel ever made. EA really went mad when they released BF to visceral, turning a top-tier shooter into a chaotic cops-and-robbers experience. They regressed in design and mechanics. You can check the Angry Joe review if you want a full rundown of what I mean. He thoroughly detailed everything I dislike about it. And Mass Effect—I don't like it, I hate it—but I still think the first was superior. It offered a lot more freedom. I wish they’d stuck with planetary landing in ME 2 and 3; both games had great stories. There are many great titles out there, like Star Wars KotOR, Bioshock, Neverwinter, Blade Runner 2049, Dragon Age, and more.

I haven't experienced much of an issue with Hardline, but I'm willing to consider other views. The version you mentioned is certainly well-liked. Nonetheless, I haven't felt any need to purchase it.
