They claim external or third-party sites aren't part of their business, only handling payments you provide. I've purchased many items from G2a without any problems. They're not scammers; just have low morale and poor support. Their policy says they don't take responsibility for unrelated websites.

It was G2A who signed me up, but I can still reach the other platform and make deposits through different methods

You're wondering about the process of being banned from a site such as G2A. It's similar to being blocked on Amazon—unauthorized use or violations lead to restrictions.

I'm trying to sign up but keep seeing my email as "Band." It seems like my IP might be associated with Band, and I don't know what to do. I didn't do anything wrong.

I also used a VPN... I don't know why it didn't work, but I'll try Tor next.

It's not unexpected that G2A is a problematic firm, frequently dealing in illicit items or acquired keys through questionable means. Those who value games, creators, or upcoming releases would avoid using them.

G2A payments aren't functioning properly. They don't receive the keys directly; instead, they act as an intermediary. If you purchased multiple keys on Steam during a sale and kept them as gifts, you could potentially sell them through G2A.

I think there might be a G2A affiliate listed on this forum. They could assist you with @G2A_Team.

The discussion highlights numerous warnings from both buyers and sellers about being defrauded, receiving no refunds, and dealing with long-term risks like permanent card storage. It also points out developers attempting to invalidate illegally sold keys and the issue of stolen credit card information being retained indefinitely.
