I recently purchased a prepaid Visa card for G2A to buy a CSGO skin from BitSkins. When I tried to complete the purchase, I had to wait for verification and then was blocked immediately. They took my money and their support is extremely poor. I strongly warn anyone using this site to buy game software—be very careful. I was scammed by a multi-million dollar company and advise everyone to stay away from them. If you have any ideas on how to recover my funds, please let me know, but overall this site is risky and will take advantage of people. Please use caution and avoid using credit or debit cards here. You’ve been warned.

I've purchased many games from G2A without any issues. I haven't bought skins since they're handled by another external service. The game keys are processed through G2A, which might mean checking BitSkins could help.

Sure, be patient and work through it together. It’s possible you weren’t scammed—it might have been a simple network glitch. Avoiding the hassle is better by getting a Steam card and purchasing skins that way next time.
