I believe I should follow your advice and move the radiator to intake. Now I need to figure out the best way to do it first.

I relocated my equipment downstairs into a significantly cooler space, and as expected, the temperatures dropped by at least ten percent.

Remove the fans connected to the radiator and rotate them 180 degrees.
