You notice the temperatures are acceptable for both parts in the first screenshot I shared. The GPU max temps are around 60 degrees and the CPU max is 65 degrees, which might mean the CPU gets hotter during gaming since I’m not using a cooler. I’m using an Intel stock cooler, have four case fans (three front, one back), and am running the second latest BIOS version (1401). The newest is 1605—should I update it? Updating BIOS can be risky, so I’ll check before proceeding.

The RAM isn’t reaching 2666mhz because the CPU caps it at 2400mhz. I’ll verify if XMP is enabled and then proceed with the update.

Latest Windows version is present, but I see the GPU drivers are outdated. I’ll update them and let you know the outcome.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I test everything by lowering all graphics, but I still receive the same frame rate on both highest and lowest settings. It's strange—I set the render resolution to 25% (the lowest) and it still works the same.

30-45 fps even on lowest.

Run userbenchmark once more with Google chrome turned off and other applications such as Steam, Blizzard app, Origin also closed, and suspend your virus scanner during the test if feasible. Share the results page.

Initially, I explored various options and found a way to disable HPET. After doing it, it performed exceptionally well—I was able to maintain 70fps consistently, usually between 75 and 85fps. The lowest frame rate I experienced was around 65fps, while the highest was achieved in underground areas where I reached up to 120fps (all under maximum graphics settings). This resulted in a very smooth experience overall.

Now addressing your questions, here is the test link:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/34340502
I tried to close everything to ensure effectiveness. I want to note that the RAM might not function as expected due to its speed being limited by the CPU. I also suspect there might be no malware, as this issue only occurred during one game session. Regarding the CPU not reaching its base frequency, I’m not fully sure about the cause. I plan to test the BIOS with default settings to see if that resolves the problem. If needed, I’ll consider purchasing a new CPU for an updated setup. That’s all for now.
Thank you very much for your help!
