when i play minecrft moded like that, my cpu usage stays around 7-16% and my temperatures hover between 57 and 67-68, keeping it a bit elevated. idile afk on gogole with this tab open 39-43

It seems like it's improved since before; perhaps I should just install RYZON Master and apply ECO mode to this CPU, which is really strong.

so after turning it from auto to off this is what im getting
on minecraft moded for explame a simple mod like pixelmon my cpu usage is between 7-16% and my tepms go from 57 to 67-68 staying a bit on the higher part
idile afk on gogole with this tab open 39-43(used msi afterburer to test and hwinfo)

I also looked at a game called New World Open World MMO and my CPU seems to run cooler, around 50-60 or even 64, which suggests the issue might be with just one setting.
