like this thread but they removed my post because it's too old
forum rules have been followed for years – use the search function
they now ask to recreate threads since two years is outdated
i've set power options to HIGH PERFORMANCE but it doesn't help
anyone have suggestions?
thanks
When linked through the wired setup, does the issue continue?
Does the wireless dongle reside in a front or rear panel USB port? Does this affect the outcome?
If you connect the headset to another system, does the problem appear there too?
the issue doesn't appear when using YouTube or any other platform, only with games. front and back usb cables don't matter; I've tried three. they're wireless, but charging requires wired connections. Thanks for your help. I also need to reinstall the Logitech g hub each time I plug them in a different port. I'm sure computers are becoming less reliable every year.
I wouldn't connect the front USB ports to the adapter. Are there any additional USB wireless adapters already linked to the device? I'm still trying to figure out if the sound happens with a different setup, which could help determine if it's the PC or the headset.
i don't know where else to test them, since the mac laptop doesn't have regular usbs, only c type. i don't have any other hardware. i think it's probably not the headset; this is more likely a windows 11 issue.
sfc detected something corrupt and restored, but these files look bluetooth-related and the headset uses its own wifi protocol, not bluetooth. i'll check if that helps. also, i tried plugging them in another port and reinstalled the g hub again.
with dism, it seems to verify the image—what image should i be using? my windows is already installed.
The setup image on Windows appears to be normal if your system is up-to-date with the latest Logitech release.
