There is a crackling noise coming from the headset.
It seems the SFC repairs didn't resolve the issue. Trying another USB in the back also didn't help. I also placed the rig on a table instead of the floor and angled it so the headset was about 20 cm away from the receiver, minimizing interference chances. The problem reappeared after 10-15 minutes of gameplay.

I plan to install the AMD Chipset drivers now (though they came from the MSI page—should I use different ones?), and I'm not sure if I installed them during the Windows setup.
Hopefully the chipset driver update, which includes the USB drivers, works as intended. I usually obtain the newest drivers straight from AMD for many years. For example:

ok cool, thanks. i will try these too. i probably skipped these drivers altogether because device manager didn't show any problems with devices after fresh windows install. i usually install drivers for devices that don't work and rely on windows too much but then you have issues and don't know where they're coming from like this example.
i will update BIOS too, i think there are some new versions, but need to check which one i am on right now.
