There is a boot problem with the Tesla M10?
I'm working with an old desktop PC that has an Asus PRIME X399-A motherboard as a home server. I'm attempting to install an Nvidia Tesla M10 in the first slot. However, after installation, the Tesla M10 becomes stuck during the boot process. How can I resolve this issue? Is it related to problems with the Tesla M10 or the BIOS settings? I've tried enabling or disabling CSM, and I've set it to "above 4g". The update process always restarts the system, making it hard to disable. It usually requires turning off the PC completely and disabling USB devices multiple times.
Let the PC start up normally on that screen, which may require up to 40 minutes or longer.
Remove AURA from the computer's desktop.
Obtain the utilities driver from your board's website.
Reinstall AURA.
Proceed with setup as usual.
Ensure a restart is performed when asked.
It seems you might want to turn off the LED controller settings in the BIOS as well.
Yes, the notification occurs even without a physical installation of the Tesla M10.
I'm stuck in "bios updating RGB" without the Tesla M10. Even after resetting CMOS, it keeps happening. 🤦♂️
UPDATE: I powered off and on the PC multiple times during POST, which seems to stop this issue. Before, I could fix it just by turning USB devices on/off. Now the system boots without the Tesla M10.
I'm going to keep testing various BIOS settings to see if the Tesla M10 works again. Any suggestions?
