That’s the reason I didn’t visit that page—it just began showing my alerts, and I attempted to delete it using FileAssist, but it blocked me.

It's just a regular file, but malware can have different names besides trojan.exe. It might be hiding as something else to trick people.

They're only indicating that the file can't be deleted and they've tried using the unlock tool on FileAssassin to check for removal possibilities, but it remains present.

I might consider using tools such as TCPtool or Wireshark to identify the ports involved in the outgoing traffic and attempt to close those ports on your router to reduce potential harm before continuing the investigation.
