The virus is located in sysWOW64 help.exe and there are no options to remove files from that directory.

I possess it but it isn't recognizing anything. The site ezpz1.xyz is flagged as blocked for trojan activity, preventing outgoing connections to sysWOW64 help.exe. This issue is noted in malware bytes premium, edited February 15, 2019 by SansVarnic.
