Back then I had a 760 because I couldn’t afford the 770, 780 or 780 Ti, so I went with the cheaper option. Now as an adult I can build a way better setup than that one. Still, you should plan to upgrade your gear once you finish school and start working.

I mean a 2060 super will be capable of playing really well, but 600 would be around $100 overpriced in USD, possibly more if you're considering the standard 2060 model. When you're talking about vanilla 2060, even the base price is over 480, so saving a bit on a 20 series 70 card makes sense when the 3k series arrive.
