The Xbox One controller isn't responding properly.
checked online and adjusted the game settings, swapped the controller in and out while restarting Ubisoft but nothing fixed the issue. the menu now displays button functions clearly, yet the mouse and escape key still function normally—only the keyboard and controller remain unresponsive. i’m determined to use the controller despite the problems. internet is slow and unreliable, so I don’t want to reinstall anything. the controller also works with Watch Dogs and the legacy version.
Which title? Certain titles (such as Far Cry 3) need you to adjust settings in the menu before using a gamepad. Others, like Assassins Creed 4, switch automatically once you press a button on the controller. Then there are games that don’t support gamepad input. Star Citizen has worked well with my Xbox One controller. I don’t have any other games marked with an "SC" code, so you’d need to consult someone else.
I guess I can handle it then... I usually get around 600kb/s on Steam.
