Hi,
I noticed your wireless mouse stopped working after the Windows update. The Mouse Laser light doesn’t activate with a USB cable. All other devices connect fine, but this mouse isn’t responding. Could you help get it back online? The USB ports are functioning properly for other gadgets, yet not for this model.

Technical specs of your laptop:
Processor: 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i3-1115G4 @ 3.00GHz (3.00 GHz)
RAM: 8.00 GB (7.79 GB available)
OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language, Version 24H2

Mouse likely damaged.
Could it function on another machine using a cable?
What is the model of the mouse?

Thank you for your message,
It's a new mouse; the old one I threw away because it wasn't functioning properly anymore. It's from the same model, a brand I purchased from Shopee. The laser lights aren't working with the USB cable now as they did before. Please help me.

In simpler terms, the problem is not being able to start the system using a USB Type C connected mouse.

Which model of mouse are you employing?
Can this mouse function on any additional computer system (using a cable)?

Dual Mode Mouse

It doesn't function on other laptops as well.
Before the update, I had to install it.

Does it function in wireless mode? If not, then broken mouse. Replace.

It functions properly in wireless mode. The new mouse is the same model as the old one, which it used for two years.

The USB port on the mouse might be damaged or disconnected, and it should be feasible to reattach it.
